I started in Manufacturing in 1997 in the assembly arena. I primarily worked on Tele-com products but had hands on with a variety of customers and their varying product lines. It was my attention to detail and product knowledge that lead the way to changing roles into the customer servicing side of the business. I’ve had the pleasure of working with companies that are small startups, Fortune 500 and everything in between. I’ve taken my past experiences to help me migrate into my current role. Here at Tongrun I help facilitate new program launches.
I’m happily married to my wife of 20 years. We have been blessed with three kids, one in high school and two in middle school. I love the outdoors and almost anything that has horsepower. I love muscle cars and it seems that my addiction is rubbing off onto my oldest. Thank you for reading my Bio!

I grew up in manufacturing shops throughout the DFW Metroplex as my Dad (Star Brock II) has been in this industry for over 35 years. While I didn’t start immediately after high school, the call to manufacturing has always been there. In 2008, I answered the call that had been instilled from childhood, and haven’t looked back since. I love manufacturing and the unique challenges presented. My career began in Quality and moved to Production where I operated in both Machining and Sheet Metal departments, as well as Manufacturing IT.
In October 2014, I started at Tongrun International and grew to wear many hats (Accounting, Quality, Logistics, Inventory, Account Management). Every day here is different and exciting – I love waking up in the morning not dreading work, but looking forward to it!
On a personal note, I am married to the most amazing woman on the planet, my gorgeous wife Maddie – and as of this writing, we just celebrated our one year anniversary. I LOVE Dragonball Z and am a die-hard fan (as evidenced by my office decor), reading books, and playing video games. Yes – I am a huge nerd. Thank you for taking the time to read my bio!

Thank you for clicking on the cute baby! How things have changed in the 40(ish) years since that picture was taken!
I began my career in manufacturing in 1993. And since then, I have loved working in this challenging industry! I began working directly with customers in 1997, where I eventually started managing not only small mom and pop shops, but Fortune 500 clients as well. From Microsoft to Boeing and Raytheon to Costco, I have worked very hard to ensure my customers are 100% satisfied – from order placement to order shipment and beyond. I pride myself on working closely with my customers to ensure a complete understanding of their needs as well as how to best manage their requirements and expectations.
I am most proud to be working at Tongrun International as an Account Manager. I wake up in the morning excited to come to work and realize that there are not many of us that can say that! It’s a feeling that all the employees here at Tongrun have, and it shows in how we manage our customers.
On a personal note, I have been married to my amazing and beautiful wife, Elizabeth, for over 25 years. We have 3 kids (1 in college and 1 that actually works at Tongrun with me!) and a dog (Stormy). I LOVE the Seattle Seahawks (having been raised in the Pacific Northwest), watching British comedies, and telling my kids lame dad jokes. Thanks for reading my bio!

I graduated from an AutoCAD trade school in 1986, but never used my certification for drafting. However, it did teach me how to read a drawing and my passion for metal fabrication began. I started out in machine shops, but soon migrated into the sheet metal industry and was fascinated by it. For many years I worked at companies that catered to the Telecom industry making high precision sheet metal cabinets of all varieties. In my career, I have participated in procurement/expediting, cost estimating, and account management services.
I am honored and blessed to be a part of the Tongrun International team. The reason is simple. It is the great people that I get to work with and the great customers that I get to serve. On a side note and bonus, my home is only 1.5 miles to work!
I am also honored and blessed to be married to my astonishing wife of 34 years. Whom together raised two boys into outstanding young men. In fact, my eldest son works here at Tongrun too. He manages the punch-press and laser department in our Bonham, TX location. I love to go survival camping and my favorite hobby is playing guitar.
**We are saddened to say that Craig passed away this year (2022). We are keeping this page up in honor of Craig and his employment with Tongrun International.
